I attended the beginner and advanced BJJ class. All the students where great training partners. The instructor was amazing. The way he taught the self defense and moves was so easy a cave man could do them(that’s me?). If you are looking to learn self defense this is the place to train at in Cary. I loved just how big a smile I had walking out!!!!!!
